OneGarnet Introduces the World's Largest Garnet Processing Factory

OneGarnet proudly announces the unveiling of the world's largest and most advanced garnet processing factory, located in Donghai County, Lianyungang, China. Covering 160,000 square meters and situated beside the world's largest garnet mine, the facility enables seamless integration of mining and processing, with raw ore delivered directly into production.

With an initial annual output of one million tonnes, the plant redefines global benchmarks in scale and efficiency.

Driven by 16 years of continuous innovation, the factory operates with a fully automated real-time control system that monitors every stage of the process. This intelligent system delivers hands-free production, ensuring precision, efficiency, and consistency.

Furthermore, OneGarnet applies pioneering patented mineral processing technology and engineered blending to guarantee optimal particle size, purity, and cutting performance, reflecting the company's unmatched technical expertise and certified quality.

The facility also secures supply reliability with a 100,000-tonne warehouse for semi-finished products and a 40,000-tonne warehouse for finished goods, ensuring uninterrupted delivery to global customers.

Sustainability is also a central focus of the factory. The plant operates with zero discharge and zero pollution, powered by a self-developed water recycling system that reuses all filtered wastewater and tailings. Mud and sand separated from production are repurposed into bricks and flooring materials, transforming waste into valuable resources.
